Sent $2,000 in with promises to get a private loan. Only got emails saying the system was being worked on for log in. I have requested that my application be withdrawn and my funds returned. I have also advised Held Harmless that I need the funds returned ASAP. Funds were submitted via Western Union to J. P. Morgan Chase in NY.
