Called to complain & told their records indicate that ALL THREE of my family's cell phone numbers were entered into their website on different days, all three received & responded to confirmation texts to sign up for premium services to "Dream Audio Misty Alerts" two of the phones were cancelled the same day, the third a month later and ALL THREE phones were charged $9.99 each?!?! NONE of us signed up!!! If service was cancelled the same day as started, we received no alerts so that's a separate reason why we should not have been charged.
