I was hired by this company and their agent calling himself James Hardy as a quality controller with this shipping company. I was given a job description, contract, confidentially agreement and told I would make a base of 2000.00 plus bonuses totalling over 5000.00 per month. I communicated daily with this man by phone and email. I was in the process of moving and asked if they could advance my pay by a week and surprisingly he didn't stop communicating with me then but at the end of the month when I was supposed to get paid, I got no answer to emails or phones. The company is located in Australia and has a website. I had heard of reshipping scam jobs but I was never asked to put out any of my own money to complete the jobs only to ship them with prepaid labels they provided. Not sure what they had to gain or the angle but all of the packages went to Russia. I was told that the companies the goods came from did not ship internationally so they had to be purchased here and sent to me for me to ship to the customer after they bought them thru the company's website. I would really like to be able to trace the IP address or find a way to hold them accountable. I still have all the addresses from the airbills where the packages were shipped to.   • I was hired by the same company. The guys name was Joseph Pierce. His number was 917-720-3880, did the guy you were talking to have the same number? He told me that he already sent the check last Monday. And I still haven't seen the paycheck. If they stop ignoring me, I'm gonna tell them, I'm not gonna send any of their packages until I see a check. Have you received a check from them?

  • They were supposed to deposit money in my account by March 1st and I was moving and he even told me he would put in part early and I was getting boxes everyday and he even kept corresponding both by email and phone up until the very end. My guy's name was James Hardy but he has a hispanic accent. Same phone number. I guess you got an offer and a contract too? You can mention me to him if he speaks to him again and tell him I made a gris gris bag just for him ;)

  • So they never deposited the money in your account? I've been trying to reach them but when I call from my line, its a busy tone. But when I call from a different number it rings. So that's pretty fishy, yeah I think we've been talking to the same guy. Same contract and same offer. 2000 base salary and up to 5000. I still have packages, do you? And I'll definitely mention you to him if I can get a hold of them. So does this site help us get our money? Or is there any way we can get our money?

  • I don't know. I was hired by another one at the same time and they just sent me an email about a month ago they had sent me a package. After months. I don't have any packages. I should have kept the last one and sold the gold out of it. I was getting the busy signal too but I had not tried it with another phone. I will do that.

  • I am very glad I read all of your posts as I too, would have been scammed. The name I have is David Starks at 1093 Summit Ave., Bronx, NY 10452. The phone number is 315-835-0444. The emails are exactly as you have all been posting, but I did not sign up as this sounded too good to be true. After researching and finding these posts, I am grateful I did not sign with this company. His email address is [email protected]

  • Guys named Hardy etc with hispanic accents are rare. So that was what first made me suspicious, but I let it play out for the month and I talked to him daily by phone and email. His calls were from a New York area code. Together we can hunt this (Inappropriate Content Removed) down.

  • Me too. I filled out and sent the application, agreement and w-4 yesterday. I wish I would have found this information sooner. He called himself David Starks of Home Shipping Services, 1093 Summit Ave, Bronx NY 10452. Phone 315-834-0444. e-mail [email protected]. I have not shipped a single box. I sent questions to him about the job and not heard from him since. The phone is busy when I call. The first e-mail I received was 9-13-12. The address [email protected]. I wish he did not have my social, birth date, address and phone number. I will be spending a little time protecting my identity. He could have more than 1 scam going. I do not know how to hunt him down but, I may find a way through law enforcement agencies. I need a second job to pay the bills. I should have been more careful.

  • It looks like we have a James Hardy, [email protected] and Joseph Pierce [email protected], both have the same number 917-720-3880. Then we have a David Starks, [email protected]. After this there is a David Starks using [email protected] with no phone number. Then we have [email protected]. 315-834-0444. I found a Ross Hinman that leads 4 shipping companies. Ross Hinman; Hinman transportation and logistics, Perth, Western Australia freight shipping, Rosshinman USship, Ardmore, Oklahoma freight shipping companies Australia Australia. Our friend or friends may be using company names that they do not represent. This is interesting. I need to get this information to the right law enforcement agency. Any information can be helpful.
