They are the puppy scammer said they sell the puppy to me and ask me to paid the puppy transportation fee which is 310 through Western Union. And the text time morning they called me and asked me to pay the insurance fee for the puppy which is 1120 and they said i can get 99% refund on that after i get the puppy. which i started to doubted them on that, after i auguring with the seller and i decide to pay 100 dollars and don't provide them the control numbers, but somehow they still can get the money and stop contacting after they ripped my money off.
