I was promised a professional Business Plan that could be presented to banking institutions for business loan purposes. I received an unprofessional plan that had several grammatical errors, misspelled words, content that was not relevant to my business, financials that were not realistic and several other "mock" items. The Business Plan could not be presented to any banking institutions and used to receive a business loan, as the company promised me. When I notified the company about ALL the issues w/the business plan and how unhappy and dissatisfied I was about it, I was told that it would be revised immediately. It was sent back to me unrevised. I complained again and was called back by one of the workers telling me the company broke up and most of the employees working on my business plan no longer worked there because of moral issues and unethical actions by the President of the company. I finally talked to the President of the company who ASSURED ME he would personally revise the business plan and have it back to me within 3 business days. That was on May 30, 2012. I have emailed the President and Founder (John Kovacs) on several occasions and have not received ANY responses. After further researching this company, I am learning that they are scam artist who take people's money and promise items they can not deliver on. I made 3 payments to this company and I would like to receive a FULL REFUND for not getting the services I was promised initially. I was told by one of the ex-workers from Business360 (Anthony Martello) that all the employees left the company right after I made my 3rd payment and he apologized for not being able to finish my business plan but was no longer with the company. Please help me to receive my money back from these scam artist. I paid a total of $750.00 (1st pymt $375, 2nd pymt $187.50, 3rd pymt $187.50). I have emails of all my complaints to them and the guarantees they promised me and receipts of all transactions.
