I purchased what I thought were $75 dollar circus tickets and received the tickets by mail the following day only to learn that the face value is $25 and after visiting the venue to inquire on the validity of the tickets, I was told the events center they could not and would not guarantee access to the event with the photo copy of what appeared to be a ticket. After purchasing new tickets from the events center, I called the Official Online Ticket number listed on the website and was told that I was informed that the face value of the ticket was not equal to what I was being charged. That is untrue or I never would have authorized the charge on my credit card. I would say on a scale of 1-10, they get a 1 for awful service and additionally make claim that I was scammed and would highly recommend you don't buy tickets from "Official Online Tickets" ,ever! Unless of course you don't mind having your money stolen by dishonest ticket brokers. The representative answering the call was unsympathetic and further informed me that i did not have an issue with them only with man who eventually charged my credit card $345 for four tickets valued at $100 total.
