I I have been recieving emails from this person. They were very interested in my fiancial affairs. Today I finally recieved a letter asking for $2500 to help out his son in Mayalsia. I am enclosing the letter and the information.

- I have been dealing with a Rolando Rubio, who claims to be supervising and installation on an oil rig off the Manila, Philippines coust.. Same idea as this Kenneth Cole. I have many emails and texts and the phone # is 857-264-1238. This story goes on to say there was an explosion on the rig and he is responsible for 3 deaths & 2 in the hospital. Always romancing, and goes on to say how we will meet soon, but has to stay on in Manilla. One of the last emails has a link, that from all appearances is ligit, from CNN dated for 12/11/2012, but on the bottom where it gives other breaking news it speaks of the horrific shooting in CT (on 12/14/2012). BAGGED!!! On the same email he mentions how in relationships there are good times and bad times and we should offer assistance with money, emotional support, etc. (twice he mentions money). You probably don't deal with complaints where no funds were actually sent, but I thought I saw a "Rolando Rubio" referenced in June, 2012??? And now I see this dirtbag, Kenneth George. Please, if you have a resource we can turn too, I would greatly appreciate it.
