My husband got a PayDay loan from another company and this company's fictitious check pops up on our account. My husband called and they said they would refund the money in 15 days. I called our bank and alerted to them fraudulent company and they refunded the money. This company needs to be shut down for their unethical practices of making money by latching onto other companies that people are dealing with directly.

- you're right, I've been dealing with them for weeks too. They're not too happy with me, I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau and have submitted complaints on here and ClassAction.com as well as contemplated contacting other legal representation to help shut them down.

- Hey Tim.. I have been waiting for my refund since july 5th! Still getting the run around! They keep saying there is a glitch in the system and it's gonna be another 3-5 business days! There driving me crazy! Any luck with your refund yet??
