I just noticed this premium charge for $9.99 on my T-mobile cell phone bill this month. However I was also charged last month as well. Charges appeared on May 1 and June 1 2012. I called T-mobile to dispute it and was told that they could not reimburse the charge because they didn't charge me - Shaboom Media did.

This service is called Shaboom Media (888-890-6150) and the service I supposedly signed up for was Brainstorm I.Q. Sara (the rep on the phone) said I entered my phone number into their website and then entered a PIN# as a confirmation of this service. I never did such a thing. I don't sign up for junk like this. I asked the lady what was included in this service and she said text messages. And I told her I never received any messages, only the charges. So they were charging me for a service I wasn't even receiving. She took my mailing address and is providing me with a form to arrive within 7-10 to obtain a refund of the $19.98. I hope all turns out well.
