I received a email from a Patricia Ford stating she is a legal advisor for EZ cash. She also stated that this company was going to sue me for a payday loan i never got or received. The letter stated I got a loan in September 2010, for 300.00, and was suppose to make two payments for totaling 400.00. The payments was supposed to be paid in November. I just wondering if I got a loan in September why would I have to pay it back in November instead of October. I checked my account I never had anything deposited in my account and have never applied for a payday loan with this company. I never heard of this company, but I do have someone checking into this matter so that it can be turned into the attoney generals office.
