I thought they were associated with ebay. when I clicked bid it directed me to fill out name address, phone, etc credit card. I did so and immediately billed 99.00 for BIDS! you have to buy bids. NOTHING was advertised about that.

They say I misunderstood how they work but they have a strict no refund policy.

I'm screwed with 23 bucks left in my account. all this for wanting an inexpensive cell phone. I could a bought a new one strait away.
