I RECEIVED A CALL ON MY HOME LINE AND WAS INFORMED OF A LAWSUIT THAT WAS FILED AGAINST ME. I WAS INFORMED THAT MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER HAD BEEN REPORTED SOMEHOW AND THAT I HAD APPLIED FOR A CASH ADVANCE, WHICH I WAS AT THE TIME, AND THAT I OWED THEM $575.32 FROM A LOAN I RECEIVED IN MY BANK ACCOUNT 3 MONTHS AGO....YES, THEY HAD MY BANK INFO. CHARGES INCLUDED CHECK FRAUD FOR THIS LAWSUIT UPON OTHER CHARGES I COULD NOT MAKE OUT WHAT HE WAS SAYING. I WAS INFORMED THAT IF I DID NOT PAY THIS AMOUNT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY BETWEEN 6/7K TO CLEAR THIS UP. WELL I KINDLY INFORMED THIS MAN "STEVEN JOHNSON" THAT I HAD FILED BANKRUPTCY AND HE HAD NO RIGHT TO CALL ME AND THAT MY LAWYER WOULD BE CONTACTING THEM. WHY I PUT MY MONETARY DAMAGES HIGH, BECAUSE I AM IN THE PROCESS OF REPAIRING MY CREDIT AND TO GET A CALL LIKE THIS MADE MY HEART PALPATATE.....TO THINK I WAS BEING SUIED. MY DAY IS RUINED...GLAD TO KNOW THAT OTHERS HAVE HAD THE SAME CALL AND ARE INFORMING PEOPLE ABOUT THESE PEOPLE. AND SMART ENOUGH TO LOOK THEM UP AND FIND THESE COMPLAINTS. HOPE THEY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEM REAL SOON. CEECEE

- According to the research I did, prompted by the same phone call you described above. You should report this to the police - and then contact the US Attorney General's Office - has anything happened since then? I am curios, because I am trying to decide the course of action against these people.
