I ordered a Segway machine for $380 and I wanted it shipped Fedex. They told me I had to pay tariff of $190 so I sent it. they never gave me tracking number they said that it had been shipped, then 3 days later told me goods were damaged on the road. I havn't heard from them since. I was not able to contact anyone from the phone number that they gave on the website.
