(And any other website registered with TheFind.com that look similar in graphic design, spelling errors, Contact Us pages that don't offer email confirmation, ridiculously low prices over 50% off, free shipping on everything, and no active customer service facebook. TheFind.com is only a legitimate search engine for stores...anyone can register).
The infamous by “xiaoya yang” from “xixiang-jiedao zhongwu zonghedalou 4 SHENZHEN GUANGDONG China 518128” ….there’s even a forum on him/her/them on paypal. If paid via Paypal, use the Contact Us - Call Us #. Answer the questions until you hit Claim, Agent. You can quickly get your refund on the spot before those scammers withdrawal all their balance...DO NOT bother to return shipping of the shower cap--that's pointless considering the address they provide to the AUTOMATED paypal claim process is fake jibberish. Best to speak with an agent.

And any other website that doesn’t give you a “Shipped” confirmation within a week/confirmation email after using their “Contact Us” page. Any website that stays “pending” for days, even though your bank has cleared it that same day. Any website listing different country-addresses on the same website).
So please. Check their Contact Us page to see if the site is actively manned by a real person. Check whether any of the above apply.
Then file a report about their new website to government FTC website, subject xiaoya yang (& if you used Paypal or eBay, report BY TELEPHONE the user to Paypal and post it on forums); I think that might help others..
