my cashguardian took 29.95 claiming i did a payday loan with them and i did not do it but when my wife who did one payday loan under her account the decided to take it out of my account instead and we both have our own account and we do not use each others account, now im being charged 38 dollars for a transaction that i didnt do so now my account it in jepoardy cuz of this site which i never heard of or did anything with them.

- The same thing has happened to me and I never used them or received a payday loan. The customer service agent says they charge the fee to help you obtain a loan. She told me I should have gotten an email that describes how to decline the service. I asked her why would I have to read an email for a payday loan I do not want to decline a service I did not ask for. She gave me a case ID number (270371) and told me I should see a refund in 7 business days.
