I signed up for this site because I was lead to believe it was a free site unless you wanted to continue after a month. As soon as I became aware that there was a 29.99 membership fee, I cancelled less than 10 minutes after becoming aware of this charge . I just noticed that the $29.99 was put on my charge acccount. I emailed and asked that since I had cancelled immediately I was requesting that they credit my charge account for that amount. I received a reply that by registering my account I acknowledged the acceptance of the terms and conditions that govern use of dealday.com. I was not aware that I would be charged $29.99 immediately for a site I thought I was just checking to see if it was something I would use. Indeed, I never used the site to purchase anything.
I was told to call the company if I had any questions, and I did. Although they did acknowledge I cancelled immediately, they said I was still responsible for the charge. I am sure I am not the only person who has experienced this.
