I googled US citizenship application and us-immigration.com was the top result after the ads. I mistook it for the official government website because it does look very similar with the Statue of Liberty in the corner. I clicked on the button "Start Your Online Application Now" where it required a fee of $189.99. After I filled out the application with basic info about myself and my husband, a PDF popped up. No services were provided except for the PDF that I could print out and mail to the US immigration services. Which, by the way, doesn't cost a thing. The application is free on the government website. I called the company to dispute the charge. The best they could do is charge me a 30-dollar cancellation fee. I said no. Right now i'm in the process of disputing the entire amount with my bank.

- I have called and asked for the refund. However, you still charge a $30.00 cancellation fee. Your website is a scam and I can't believe that this is allowed.
