Traded in a 2007 Saturn Astra Worth $9,400.00 to Avondale Nissan to buy a 2009 Ford Mustang $19,000.00 ,we asked for a car fax on the Mustang ,Dealer constantly delayed the showing of the car fax to us ,until the car was signed to us for purchase ,we finally recieved a car fax an were rushed by dealer to give the car fax back to dealer ,so they could show the lender that we were getting a deal on the mustang ,we noticed the 2009 Ford Mustang was in a so called minor accident in Goodyear ,Az case no.2011-00074902 on 12/30/11 ,we took the car over to KIA SALAZAR an ran another Car Report on our own ,the car report showed the 2009 Ford Mustang was involved in a Major wreck an was a rebuilt car ,we then felt unsafe driving the car an asked Nissan Avondale to return it ,they refused it so we took the car over to KIA An Traded it in for a 2012 Kia Optima ,we wrote a letter to the Arizona Attorney General about the car dealership turns out Avondale Nissan has been involved in a couple of scams . Avondale Nissan also promised Jackie Armitage my Girlfriend , a Full Time Job at Nissan if we bought the Car ,but No Job even existed ,we feel we were scammed from the start ,an NISSAN AVONDALE NEEDS TO BE STOPPED ASAP Before someone else gets scammed they laugh in our faces with a Too Bad attitude towards us mean while they have our Saturn Astra valued at $9,400.00 an the 2009 Ford Mustang Payed off by Kia Salazar totaling a $28,400.00 profit for them this in unfair an its Consumer fraud .......
