Back in May I submitted a complaint about this company. I recently received an email from Helpful Sara. I see this name in several places and she keeps telling everyone that there was an error made and that she is going to fix everything. What is it your going to fix Sara. If there was an error made by this company why havent they taken care of this months ago? Why havent all these people received any money back. You did notice that there are over 500 claims and not one person has received anything. We should all get together and file reports with anyone that will listen. Contact the police, the newspaper, the BBB. Report this company on Facebook, Twitter, etc.. It isnt the amount that bothers me its the principal. This company obtained my personal & confidential information without my permission. A class Action suit should be filed against them for Theft, Robbery, Fraud, Identity Theft, Forgery of documents. Accessing confidential info illegally. I tried to contact this company and they told me I e-signed some documents and the $30.00 was for submitted the loan. I never signed anything!! Helpful Sara is feeding everyone nothing but words. Words that amount to nothing. If you have something that can prove to everyone that you can do something let us know. Im listening. Good luck to all....

- file a report with federal trade commission your state attorney general and nevada attorney general they not answering phone now if everyone files a complaint with federal trade commision its a federal offenese jail time for helful sara but i think she is a computer generated

- When you think about it every comment I saw from Sara was always the same. So your probably right she is computer generated. What a joke. I havent called recently but I think I will try again tomorrow to late tonight. I will let you know what happens...
