Like so many others, I ordered a pair of shoes and received a shower cap from China which I had no idea was connected to this shoe scam until I read the other complaints. I have registered a complaint with PayPal and am wondering why there isn't some mechanism for PayPal to stop paying this company when there have been so many identical complaints. You make an assumption that if a company is affiliated with PayPal, they must be legitimate.
