I ordered BioSlim and BioCleanse on 12.5.12 for the cost of the postage. There was a Special for half the postage. They even charged me the wrong amount for that. I received 2 packages on consecutive days 2 weeks later but was debited $94.90 about the same day I received it, 28.5.12. I didn't know I was debited the extra amount as I hadn't received my statement. I started taking the capsules and was unknowingly debited again on 6.6.12 for $84.90. On 12.6.12 I looked online and to my horror I saw the debited transactions do I rang the Bank at 7am when it opens to ask them to stop the payments. To my horror, another payment of $102 had come out overnight whilst I was waiting for the Bank to open. The bank told me they can't stop the payments as when you authorise for them to debit your credit card, it comes under different regulations and conditions, and the only way to stop them is to cancel the card. So I cancelled the card. But because the $102 debit was going through, it came out on my new card which has a new number. I rang the bank on the 14.6.12 to tell them to cancel my account completely but as they had issued me with the new card, they put a block on it. They will see if BioSlim tries to take out more debits. The bank told me to inform BioSlim that I wish to terminate my agreement with them, so I emailed both BioSlim and BilCleanse. I received an email back from both BilSlim and BioCleanse stating my accounts had been stopped. This now allows the bank to dispute any further debits. Also I haven't received any further capsules other than the first ones. When I saw the original advertisement for BioSlim I didn't see anything that said they will take out further payments, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it. It was supposed to be a Special to try for the cost of the postage. I ordered it online on Facebook after reading an advertisement that said Nicole Kidman had lost 15 kilos. Then there was a piece written by a magazine in which the writer said she had trialled it for a week and had lost 12 kilos and that the other staff in her office wished that they had had her assignment. I was sucked in real bad. I have put in a dispute claim for the 3 amounts at my bank so expect to be reimbursed as BioSlim broke their part of the agreement. Will keep you posted.
