This company's billing practices are such a scam ! I purchased the complete set in 6 payment option. I made my scheduled payments in February,March, April, May and June. Furthermore, they are not issuing credit for a payment I made in May. They say they have no credit of this payment, although I have my bank statement showing otherwise. I've been told to fax in my bank statement, yet for some stupid reason, they are not receiving it. Then this month (June) they drafted my bank account twice, within days of each other. According to the Orgreenic rep, I spoke to, there was no such record, but he would forward my complain to the correct department. That did not happen. I called again and was assured that my complaint was being investigated, to follow up in a few days. I followed up AGAIN, but was told my complaint had been resolved and as a result of my issues with my bank being overdrafted, I would be receiving a $25 courtesy credit, so my remaining balance was only $35. I checked my balance on the GetMyOrderStatus.com website, but they did not issue me the courtesy credit. I feel like just cancelling my bank debit card, so they don't draft my account for the 2 remaining payments.
