I have been trying to get my account to be charged correctly in the amount of: $29.99 for he past 6-7 months. I had a guest pass for my daughter which made my bill $49.99/per month. I requested to take her off the account and was told ( by the front desk girl) this was no problem. 2 months later I noticed it was still not done and my account had been charged $49.99/ per month. Trying to correct this in the Gresham facility ( with the current manager) I was assured my request had been submitted. I believed that until two more months were charged before I noticed it had not been done. He told me he would resolve this and that he saw the original notations on my account. He requested 3 months in the amount of $20.00 dollars per month totaling $60.00 to be returned to my account for those 3 months of overcharging me. He assured me it was taken care of and to check back, within 10 days at which time he told me the action was pending. That was 2 months ago and I am still being charged $49.99 per month and no monies have been returned to my account. Now I have to go try again to retrieve my refund for the third time. This is a ridiculous way to treat clients who have trusted LA Fitness to conduct fair business. I am exasperated with trying to work with these people. I have been cooperative and do not appreciate being treated unfairly and wish to complain about La Fitness business practices regarding: not following through to the satisfaction of me, the client.
