I ordered nuvoryn diet pills on the 19th of January 2012 as an offer of buy two bottles get the third free this cost £59 all together. They came about a week after being ordered. After a month of using them nothing had happened, in fact actually put on weight. I then proceeded to send an email to ask for the information needed to send back the product on the 16th of February as they had a 180 day money back garentee. They failed to answer this so I sent another email enquiring as to why they had not yet replied on the 19th of February, yet they still never replied. I then proceeded to call them in early march to yet again enquire the situation and they said that they would put my information through to returns department. two weeks passed and I had still heard nothing so I phoned again and they just said the same thing. I have since then given up as nothing has yet come through. Tonight the 24th of July I have sent another email containing my confusion and anger towards the situation and given my order number- 286000795 -to try and get my refund. I would like to make a complaint about the scam that has obviously taken place.
