Is apart of a large scale animal scam pretending to be someone in the United States that can no longer take care of their puppy. Will tell you that the puppy is free and charge you for shipping and then for a crate but will threaten to sue you if you can not pay the whole amount by saying he will take you to court. Will tell you to pay by Western Union or Money Gram and will have you send the money to two to three different names. He will also email and call you repeatedly for a week to get the money under different names and tell you not to call due to high amount of phone calls to the delivery service that he claims he has worked with for years through email.
