I bought an iPod Touch 4th Gen for £80 on the 04/06/2012 and had to pay for it through PayPoint (through a Visa Debit Card) which i'd never heard of. A few days later I got an e-mail saying 'Order Status Change', the email read:
Hello,

Your order #(numbers) status changed to Paid & Delivered

Order delivered
Comment: We inform you that the shipping process has begun. Your item will arrive
at your address on 18-06-2012, the shipping company will contact you in due time in
order to set the delivery time. Your order status is "Paid and Delivered" which means
that your payment has been accepted and the shipping has begun. If you have other
questions our consultants are at your disposal and will answer you with much
pleasure.

You Can Cancel Or View Your Order Status Online Here

Best regards, Online Media Collection

The delivery date was later than it originally told.
The item has not yet been delivered and UPS has not yet sent me an email.
Could anyone tell me how to get my money back because i'm totally unhappy.

Thanks!
