Upon responding to local Craigslist add for rental house for $700 (way below market price) I provided minimal info for a rental app, this person responded quickly, requesting I wire first and deposit in amount of 1400 usd through western union. The people I thought I were talking with were a John and jaisy rakan, but when the money request was for Paul upson, I googled it. Scam big time. Funny thing is I know this house, know where it is, it's real. Im going down there to knock on door and see if homeowners are even aware of this happening using their property. He listed phone number as 337-453-3044 which I haven't called yet. Wonder what I'll get on the other end. Anyways, renters beware!
