I bought two Groupon lazer hair removal certificate and when I called the spa, the first appt they had was 6 months away!!! I called their other location and their first appt was 8 months away. This is outrageous.

- I had the same problem. So I showed up in person to the Spa and demanded to speak with the manager. Funny how slots open up once you show up and demand they show you their schedule. Also, in some cases Groupon will refund if the vendor is being unreasonable. Good luck.
