I investigated taking out a loan with this company and decided against it. Next week I found they had taken £56.90 out of my account. I contacted my bank,the Co-op Bank and they said I had to submit the complaint in writing,which I did. It took three weeks to get some of the money refunded,but they still owe me £9.00. Tried emailing them but get no response. Don't deal with this company.
