My debt card information was hacked and had 2 unknown transaction was on my account. I closed my account and one of the 2 transaction which online game company helped me and processed to refund, but other company not helping me out which Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. I tried to call customer support(800-592-5499) and the answering machine said" call us later" and line was disconnect a several times. Then I try to find company's phone number and found local # (949-955-1380). I called and some woman picked up. She suggested just call 800 number and she cannot do anything even this is serious scam problem. THE COMPANY HAS TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THESE PROBLEM!!!
