Hi, Im very disturbed with this company because they are pulling from my bank account and I have not had an account with them since January 2012. The first pull from my account was $52.01 on March 21, 2012. When I called to get my money back, I got hung up on twice and was forced to sit on the phone for almost 30 minutes each time I was reconnected to someone else of higher authority. When I gave them my card number their same response was "we don't have anything listed on that account" "that account has been closed" I filed a complaint that had escalated flags and special ticket numbers from which noone contacted me back to let me know the status of my report. It wasn't until I called them back that I found out I had to fax my bank account statement to them and prove they had pulled from my account. This was April 2012. I didn't hear from them at all.

Now it's June 21, 2012 and they have pulled from my account again $52.01. Now I have called, got hung up on once and they almost told me there was noone else I could talk to. I demanded that I talk with someone or I was going to turn them in for fraud. i waited 9 minutes for someone to get on the phone and tell me my account was not billed and pretty much calling me a liar. I had the proof sent to them the first time and am not in the position where I can prove it again whereas I have moved for the summer and am not able to print nor copy information they need again.

Im speaking with a guy right now that is saying that I have to wait for the customer "ticket" to be closed from coporate before they can do anything, but unfortunately I'm losing money in the process and I don't think it's fair nor legal for me to be charged for something I am not receiving any service from - while Im still being told "Im sure corporate is doing the best that they can" Im frustrated, angry, and cannot afford to take these losses every three months. I will do whatever it takes to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else if I have to report 1000 times to a fraud agancy.
