I discovered that Palm Loan Advances had attempted to cash a $30.00 check from my bank account that resulted in an overdraft fee. I have never had any previous contact with this company, though I did obtain a payday loan from another company. I have emailed them advising them to remit the overdraft amount immediately and that I reserved the right for further actions.
A word to the wise. Apparently this industry shares ALL personal information, leaving you wide open to all kinds of fraud. I have reported this to activity my bank and will probably end up closing my account.
I have yet to stop with this company and seriously considering legal action as well as reporting them to their State Attorney General.
