Victor Vindell DRE licence 01730227 has scam fouth persons taking $ 67,500.00 , this persons was buying houses from him ( he is a real estate agent ) he ask client to gave him the deposit or down payment and then hi use it for him ( his personal use ) , this fourth persons all ready submit 4 complains whit the DRE ( DEPARTMENT OF REAL ESTATE ) since 02/2012.
We whant and ask the DRE to take his licence away.
