I signed up with EVS for them to assist in selling my SUV. The price was $33/week for 12 weeks. I paid for the full 12 weeks up front, if they sell it before the 12 weeks was up, I would receive a refund for the remainder of weeks. I was also told that if I decided to cancel, I would receive a refund for the remaining weeks that my add was posted. I called to cancel the subscription, and they said that I can cancel, but they will not give me a refund. I asked to speak with a manager, she said she was a manager, then I asked for the owner and she said he wont take my call.
