I received an email from a friend about 25 days ago. Checked out the company but not enough. Signed up and had a question. Called only to wait for 10 minutes with music only after the initial computer voice pickup. Smelled a scam and called the friend who had sent the email. She said someone had hacked into her computer and sent the short email to her address list. I next went to my bank and and reported a possible fraud. They issued me a new credit card. The bank also gave me a readout of all my charges from the first of the month which included the phone numbers of each company. I researched the company using the bank provided phone number on Webcrawler after trying other search sites that came up with nothing. Webcrawler showed the name Eric Zinn as the contact person at 1809 Blake Street, Suite 200, Denver, Colorado 80202-5914 Phone 888-702-7642. A person claiming to be Eric called after the report to the bank & I asked for an extension to the refund period. He refused. After I inquired he told me that the HQ was in Utah but the sever was at the Denver site however they observed EST business hours. I thought about the whole situation and called today to cancel. 14 minute before I was able to speak with "Randy" half way through the conversation another person came on the line claiming to be "Randy" after I asked him to identify himself. Totally different voice. Bad connection with lots of echo and background noise, put on hold a couple of times. I told them I wanted a refund and w/o acknowledgement they offered me a free upgrade and other enticements. I repeated (with emphasis) that I wanted a refund and said I would report this as a fraud to the credit card company. They reluctantly agreed to send a refund only after I nearly shouted at them. Worst on line experience I have had. Stay away from this scam.
