A transaction in the amount of $30 was sent to my checking account this morning from a company named Loan Tree Advances. I did not authorize this transaction nor have I heard of this company. I did call the company from the number listed on the image of the check and told them that I did not authorize the transaction. They gave me their web site and a cancellation number to enter to make sure no other transactions come through. I also filed a fraud claim with my bank and they will be returning the item and refunding me the money and any other fees associated with this transaction.
