My friend in Phillipines was scammed by this person of about 100,000 peso. She was gullible to this person and after chatting for a couple of months became smitten. He was very clever and manipulated her into a position of trust. She has been a fool but there are many like her. I have read the forums and can see this person uses a number of aliases and carries out romance scams and scams involving pre payments against promised goods or riches.
