I have exactly the same complaint as Joan. I live in RSA and they advertised FREE trial - only packing and postage to be paid for. Lo and behold - 2 months running I have been debited with the exorbitant amounts of R811,12 and R798.98 as well as exchange fees! And MYAGELESS DERMA which is the same company by the looks of it, did exactly the same. R902,37 & R735,42. The sample received was therefore NOT free. The samples arrived the first month but are just the same as any other cream. They did not ask whether it worked or whether a next consignment should be sent. These are real scam artists and should be sued.
