I ordered 1000 USB sticks with our company logo. I was given a false tracking number and continuously promised that I would receive my USB sticks. Whilst the sale process was taking place they took every call and answered every email. I received four USB sticks that were deemed as a gift for ordering with them. When I checked the tracking number with Australia Post I was told the tracking number belonged to those four USB sticks NOT my order for 1000 USB's. For the last 6 weeks the number appears to not work / get through and my emails are no longer being responded to. I don't know what to do from here!! I am a small company - just starting out, so $500 is a lot of money to me!!!

Hello Lorraine, what's the name of the salesperson who assisted you?
Because I also bought this company, day 18/06/2012, with vendor Jennifer, and so far my tracking number for DHL is not being located.
I am suspicious that the company http://www.xgangxia.com/ is FAKE.
The seller said he would go on vacation from the day 06.23.2012 (today) and are no longer answering my emails. I bought 100 micro sd, valued at $ 272 and wanted to buy a $ 1,200 of merchandise at this company.

Hi Encomendecomigo! I had the same sales rep - Jennifer was her name. I am also suspicious that this is a fake website. I am actually working with a legal group here in Australia trying to see if there is a way I can get my money back! I am going to register my complaint via several scamming websites - If they have done this to more people there must be a way that we can report them to the Chinese Govt and get them caught. We have to do something!!!
