I went to their site and was looking at some items up for bid. they ask you for your credit card info in case you want to bid on something. they said it was to hold the merchandise.
I was just looking around and then the next day they charged me 99.00 for some package of bids.
I called the company when I saw the charge, and I was on hold for 35 minutes and finally I got a recording saying someone would call me back. No one ever did..
I called again today, 6/6 and talked to a live person. Man named Cinque. He told me unfortuneately it is a nonrefundable transaction. I demanded a manager, and he said he was not authorized to transfer me to a manager..He could take my information and have them call me back in 24-48 hours. Funny how it took them a shorter time than that to bill my account.
Help me to know what to do next.. So far no mananger has called me back.
