I 'bought' a Sony Nex5 compact system camera. I went through the website and having given my details was surprised that i had to pay by paypoint and there were was no other means of paying. The site also stated that if I cancelled my order I would lose a certain percentage of the value of my order. With hindsight this intimidated me into going through with the transaction. I had never heard of paypoint before so I asked the store manager of the local co-op about it as they were my local paypoint and she stated that this was a new way of making secure payments to online sites. This obviously gave me some comfort so on I went! I paid and no sooner had I paid I received an email saying my goods would be despatched in 3-5 working days and not instantly as promised on the site. Further to that they then added that my order would arrive several days longer than promised.

It was due to arrive today and when no camera arrived I emailed them - returned email by postmaster. Their site seems to have been taken offline now so hopefully noone else will get caught out by them!

One final word is that my bank have been excellent and have told me that I will get my money back so if you are a victim ring your bank immediately!
