Waka Network, Sylvia Davis (name given) - this person called from phone number (415)121-6432, offering a $10 Walmart gift card for participating in an on-line survey. Also, giving away another $100 gift card, should one proceed to go to a computer and she will assist in logging into Waka Network website or web address provided "...go to your computer and I will walk you through it," were her comments. *Beware computer scam / phishing.
