On or about 3/12/2012 I entered into an agreement with Franklin Financial Solutions and next I rrceived a phone call that Identified Suc cess Planing Group, NY and llead me to believe they were a subsiduary or Franklin Financial Solutions and that I needed to enter into an agreement with them to prepare a Business Plan Survey and (8) Eight other services including Preparation of required paperwork for registration for the registration of one (1) business entity with Federal and State authorities, including obtaining an
Employer oidentification Number (EIN.
The (EIN) was procured and I received blank copies of request to State for incorporation of the Company being formed, I completed these forms and mailed a check to the State of Texas for $315.00 for the incorporation of an LLC.
During this period I almost daily Doctors appointments and was being treated for something unknown believed to be valley fever and I had no desire to enter into a long conversation to say no and was not really given the opporunity. I feel this Company scammed me for $4,493.00 less the cost of obtaining the (EIN) and mailing me a blank sheet for requesting incorportation.
