Alexa Brown 'sold' me an item on gumtree. We had email contact, where she had said her phone did not work as she lives in a 'low signal strength' area. She got in touch via email to say that one of the 'perks of the job' is to send parcels for free with parcel force, and that she would deliver my item (Herman Miller Chair) free of charge. All I had to do was get a UKASH voucher for the £120 and she would arrange with parcel force.

This was the email I had from 'Parcel Force' and once sent the receipt, a follow up one too.

==================

After my parcel did not arrive in the allotted time, I called parcel force who immediately told me they NEVER use a third party such as UKASH for payment and they were certain it was a scam. I immediately called UKASH, who on looking up the voucher code I had sent 'Alexa Brown' - could see she had already used it.
