- I have just submitted an instance similar to yours of a request for the refund promised by the online advertising for this software, and my request being totally ignored by the company. I hope others similarly afflicted will add their objections to this scandalous lack of response by an online company which does nothing to encourage one doing business on the Internet. Have you had any luck with them yet?
