I was trying to up date and get my new drivers license for 2012 as it had expired while I was in another state due to a death in my family. I was on an official Florida State DMV web site to get my new license as per the instructions I had received in the mail. All I can think, was that as I was putting in my information and my credit card number for my new license I must have unknowingly accepted a membership into this thing called FORMSUSA the worst part, I was never able to do what needed to be done on the DMV's web site I had to call them the next day and finish the whole process on the phone. My credit card bill was going to another address for a few months and the bill was just being paid so I had no idea of the new charges from this Bogus company. I just figured it out today I know you must think I'm a real ditz for not seeing it sooner I have been handling my late mothers affairs as well as running my husbands business in another state this whole thing just did not catch my attention until now. When I called to get it straightened out I explained to FORMSUSA what had happened and I also explained that I had a complete understanding of their sneaky business practices of being a shadow embedded internet company that piggy backed on the shirt tails of legit companies to get unsuspecting people to sign up. After giving them a really nasty piece of my mind they canceled my account and gave me back my 6 months of $9.97 payments but refused to refund my $49.97 start up fee which I plan to get back by making their life a constant misery. I am going to call their 888 number as many times a day as I can and bug the shit out of their service people by asking what kind of underwear they like to buy. I have alerted my credit card company of them and they told me that they have had thousands of complaints about this company as well as many others just like them. If you know who I can send a formal complaint to regarding this kind of business please let me know. This kind of theft I take very seriously.
