James Wallace while at Proficio Mortgage Ventures told me that I did not qualify for a refinance loan after I spent over $500 for an appraisal. He suggested that I contact
Rachel August, an associate of his (not at Proficio) and she would complete deal.
I was promised in writing that the monies would be transferred into my bank account
within 12 days, after I paid an upfront fee of $7300. According to pay pal and Visa, $2000 went to Wallace and $5300 went to August. The loan transaction never took place.
