Hired 2 Cool AC company to replace 4 ton unit . I wanted to replace it with a high seer unit.. After installed It never worked right 2 Cool was out several times.. When supervisor came out found that they installed a 5 ton instead of a 3 ton in which it is too large for the square footage of home.. They did not replace the ducting which is too small for this unit. The house is sized for a 4 ton, and since this unit was installed it has never worked always leaks causing serious damage, to floors, ceilings mold, ceilings collapsing, mold sickness to family. 2 Cool never rectified the damage and would not come back in to our home unless we signed a waive that we would not sue or they would be responsible caused by their neglegence. I was dropped from my homeowners policy because of numerous claims from the damages from the unit. I still have problems with the unit I have paid other ac companies to repair but continue to have constant water condensation and water pours out of the registers(vents) through out the home. I have to have ac companies and trane co. to come out and figure out if this unit could ever work right without destoying my home
