Solidtrustpay seems to me a Mom,and Pa company which operates from some kind of garage.Not even answering to the issues just sending popup answers, send your papers to the following email address.And the answer comes from gina42 or something like this.Who seemingly sitting in the cafeteria and fed up with answering the valued costumers.
Than nothing happens for weeks.
They give you general solutions on their websites to problems which do not even exists.Non of the add funds option are working properly.From Europe hard to send a check, when I tried to give my account number their system fraudulently put us to the form.I was unable to correct. Pls let me decide which on of my account I am going to give you.
How do they want to be a payment service with the speed of an amoeba?And the flexibility of a rock?
Their website forcefully add US to my address, no way to fix it.
Their website opens the credit card processor page, which simply never open up after 10 minutes, and countless trials.
Their website requires papers for verifications, which other websites do not even ask for, then does nothing for weeks.
How comes they charge more than any other payment service, but can not afford to employ a proper number of emloyees?

why their number is not clearly viewable?
Why the number plays music for 25 minutes than breaks down?
How could a company could afford a so sluggish costumer care?
Who allows a company to process payments with these extremely slow manner?
How comes 10-14 day deadlines, in a monetary operation?
How could zeekrewards ruin its reputation with this low quality payment processor?
