I bought two pairs of flip flops from this company, who only accepts paypal. After several weeks and numerous unanswered emails, they sent me a hairnet. Paypal said in order to receive a refund, I would have to send it back to the seller with online tracking. That would have cost $32.95, a little more than the original purchase price. Thankfully, my credit card company values my business more than paypal since they refunded my money and apologized for my mishap. How can paypal let this continue?
